Responsibilities
The Roles of the Digital Transformation Specialist shall include, but not be limited to the following:
• Responsible for designing and implementing new AI solutions for Company users to improve various business operations and drive digital innovation technology reliance in KOC.
• Conducting researches, design, implementation and verification of advanced AI algorithms for Big data Analysis and Machine learning solutions.
• Analyze KOC business processes and come up with best-fit technical AI solutions with architecture, techniques, frameworks, data structure and algorithms. Provide technology selection & configurations consultancy and assisting and defining the scope of solutions, along with development and deployment plans using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data, NLP and Artificial Intelligence and provide an enterprise-wide deployment model.
• Lead, in areas of solution design, code development, quality assurance, data modelling, business intelligence, cross team communication, project management, and application maintenance.
• Define long term strategic goals with business team.
• Build the knowledge base required to deliver increasingly complex technology projects.
• Responsible for building large big data reservoirs and highly scalable and fault tolerant distributed systems, that can inherently store and process large volumes or rapidly changing data streams. Responsible for developing, constructing, testing, and maintaining frameworks like large-scale data processing systems and databases.
• Carries out monitoring, tuning and database performance analysis and performs the design and extension of data marts, Meta data and data models.
• Works on implementing complex big data projects with a focus on collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing and visualizing large sets of data to turn information into insights using multiple platforms.
• Building large-scale data processing systems, using data warehousing solutions and latest database technologies.
Requirements
• More than 12 Years of overall IT experience with 4 years' experience in Building Software platforms and systems, using cloud and distributed systems using Big Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Detailed knowledge on a range of Al techniques (e.g., supervised, and un-supervised machine learning techniques, deep learning, graph data analytics, statistical analysis, time series, geospatial, NLP, sentiment analysis, pattern detection, etc.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree or above in computer science or a related field.
Generic & Specific Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
