Senior GIS Presales Engineer

Responsibilities
The Roles of the Senior GIS Presales Engineer shall include, but not be limited to the following:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and design tailored GIS solutions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, compliance matrices, and solution architectures for RFP/RFQ responses.
• Support strategic accounts by articulating the business value of Esri technologies.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Stay current on Esri products, licensing models, and deployment best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and partners across Kuwait.

Requirements
• 10+ years of professional experience in GIS solution design, implementation, or presales.
• Proven expertise with Esri technologies (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and related software).
• Demonstrated experience developing technical proposals and presentations for government or enterprise clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in the GCC region is preferred.
• Familiarity with spatial databases, system integration, and web GIS deployment is an asset.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
