Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Education / Qualifications: • Bachelor / Master of HR Management
Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager with operational activities, recruitment, orientation, data management and support,
• Implement and manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process for in-house as well as outsourced project requirements, which includes:
• Conducting on-going management of the Applicant Tracking system,
• Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts and posting new positions on the Company website,
• Utilizing the most efficient sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media sourcing, networking, cold calls and employee referrals for various hiring requirements,
• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting the most relevant profiles against vacant positions,
• Conducting assessment, IQ/Personality and technical tests for the candidates to evaluate personality type, technical prowess and presence of mind,
• Actively participating in conducting technical interviews with Senior managers and clients,
• Effectively managing candidate expectations and negotiating on salaries during the hiring process,
• Managing on-boarding activities and conducting orientation and induction of new hires,
• Providing recruitment support to the parent company’s offshore requirements,
• Defining detailed recruitment plans for outsourced project requirements,
• Coordinating mobilization of resources to projects as per contract requirements,
• Maintain & update personnel files of existing employees and new joiners in the Human Resource Information System (Mystro HR) & Open ERP (Odoo),
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in preparing reports on regular basis,
• Process and manage daily / weekly & monthly HR reports,
• Maintain weekly / quarterly and annual recruitment reports for in-house as well as outsourced projects,
• Conduct market research on salary trends and assist the Seniors in undertaking regular salary reviews,
• Advise on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits,
• Maintain confidentiality on salaries and contracts,
• Administer and monitor attendance and annual performance review of staff,
• Analyze training needs of staff in coordination with the Department managers and organize staff training sessions and activities,
• Stay updated with government legislation, procedures and requirements,
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance with company policies, government regulations & employment law,
• Regularly assess HR policies, procedures and processes and recommend changes to Top Management,
• Develop HR planning strategies considering immediate & long-term staff requirements,
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
